Элемент, который принимает информацию в одной физической количественной форме, а передает ее в другой количественной форме. 3. Устройство, посредством которого энергия может перетекать из одной или более передающих систем или сред к одной или более других передающих систем или сред. Примечание. Энергия, передаваемая таким образом, может иметь любую форму (например, она может быть электрической, механической или акустической) и может обладать одной или различными формами в разных входных или выходных системах или средах.
